Our Services

At the Tea Junction, we are proud to offer a wide range of products, we offer an extensive range of teas including traditional, Green and fruit flavoured teas, we also have around a hundred traditional, blended and special gourmet flavoured coffees which we sell as as dry products. We also supply a range of Tea and Coffee making equipment, from coffee grinders both electric and manual to Cafetiers and Teapots.

We also have a small coffee bar area where you can enjoy a drink and snack with us.

Instructionson how to Login/create an account.

Unfortunately due to Data protection, we were unable to transfer customer accounts from the old website to the new.

Here are step by step instructions for New & Existing customers to Login/create an account on the new site. To do so, you first have to place an order. 

As Follows:-

1. click on SHOP

2. Choose products ( Tea or Coffee) from list once you have found the item you would like - click on BUY button.

3. Choose weight required - then if Tea click on BUY button which will add item to basket, With Coffee you will also need to select the grind required.

4. Once you have everything you wish to buy, (on the shopping basket screen) press ORDER NOW button.

5. You will then be asked to enter all your details ( this will then create your account on new site, you only have to do this once) the system will then send you an email with a unique PASSWORD (keep this safe). 

 6. You will then be asked to pay for your order with Sage Pay.

Next time you login to the site you will need to enter the unique PASSWORD and your email address in the Customer Login Box, you will then be able to change the PASSWORD to one of your own.

Orders over £10 are postage Free. 

Orders under £10 will have postage added at current Royal mail prices, an email will be sent to relevant customers to inform them of the cost of postage and to acquire authorization to add the amount to their payment, once the order is ready for dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment for postage is refused.
