Honeybush tea is a South African herbal tea made from the leaves of the honeybush plant, it is closely related to the Rooibos tea which originates from the Western Cape of South Africa. The name honeybush comes from the flowers which have a honeylike smell, this tea is naturally caffeine free and full of nutrients for a healthy cuppa.
Brewing time 200 and 212 F and steep for 5 to10 minutes
