Milky Oolong is (like all oolongs) is created through a process of partial oxidisation, it is inbetween a Black tea and a Green tea. Although Its flavour is lighter than a Black tea and a little more full-bodied than a Green.
This Milky Oolong is produced at altitudes of about 600 m in the Anxi region, located in the province of Fujian. Its natural sweetness blends perfectly with the distinctive creamy milk aroma, this tea also has a beautiful caramel-cream flavour with a slight underlying sweetness.
Oolong brewing time 3-5g per cup 95c 5-8
