This is a high roasted bean with a superbly strong rich flavour. To create Malabar's special flavour, the beans are harvested and regularly turned to dry in the moist Monsoon winds resulting in a rich, smoky and earthy coffee with a monotone smoothness and a sweet spicy kick.
